How is The NH Real Estate Market?
Wondering how today's market compares to a month ago?
We've been in quarantine in New Hampshire for about a month now. We had an incredibly strong market in the Greater Manchester area prior to this crisis. How much change has there been? The market in Greater Manchester has not changed all that much! Inventory is still incredibly low in most segments of the market. Buyers are still looking, while some sellers have pulled their homes off the market due to showing concerns, others are still going on the market & selling! Below is a snap shot of Manchester & major surrounding towns, wondering how your town compares, CONTACT US to find out. Thinking of buying or selling? We can set up an initial virtual consultation to discuss your needs and what the next step in todays market should be.
Below is a graph comparison, for Manchester and major surrounding towns, (by price range) of:
- Homes For Sale & Under Agreement Pre-Quarantine
- Home For Sale & Under Agreement TODAY
- Homes Sold in the past 12 months
Note in the Manchester & Hooksett areas where we are seeing the "Buyers Market" segments this is directly due to the number of New Construction homes being offered in the price point (not all of them are built / ready to sell homes)
